What to Do

I was scheduled to do 45 minutes of running Thursday.

I did not do it.

I faced a decision ... do running I need to do to get ready or hope the abdominal muscle pull I reaggravated can heal up and feel better for the long run Saturday. Again, it was the question of when is an injury a no-go injury.

I decided to try and get ready for Saturday; but, it is frustrating.
